FlyArystan officially launches Almaty–Gazipaşa route
FlyArystan has officially launched a new route linking Almaty with Gazipaşa, adding another international leisure option for Kazakh travelers heading to Türkiye’s Mediterranean coast. The new service marks a notable step in the airline’s network expansion strategy while strengthening direct connectivity between Kazakhstan’s largest economic center and an emerging tourism gateway in the Antalya region.
The launch of flights to Gazipaşa underscores FlyArystan’s focus not only on traditional destinations, but also on high-growth leisure markets. With this route, passengers from Almaty gain a more convenient option to reach southern Türkiye’s coastal resort areas, particularly as outbound travel demand continues to remain robust.
The route is operated with two weekly round-trip flights using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Almaty is Kazakhstan’s most dynamic city, recognized as the country’s financial, cultural and tourism hub. Located at the foot of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains, the city is known for its dramatic alpine scenery, the famous Medeu ice rink, and Big Almaty Lake, whose distinctive waters stand out amid the highland landscape.
Gazipaşa serves as a tranquil gateway to Türkiye’s Mediterranean coastline, attracting visitors with its sun-soaked beaches and relaxed resort atmosphere. From there, travelers can easily access Alanya, home to Alanya Castle overlooking the sea, the renowned Cleopatra Beach, and ancient landmarks that reflect the region’s rich historical heritage.
