Welcome to AviaLoop. This is a personal project built and maintained by the author for the love of aviation.

Use of Service: Users agree to use AviaLoop for personal and entertainment purposes. You understand that the service may display advertisements to sustain operational costs.

Service Fees and Payment: Currently, AviaLoop is free to use. In the future, if paid features are implemented, all transactions will be processed through reputable payment gateways. The author reserves the right to adjust fees after prior notice to users.

Refund Policy: Service fees (if any) are generally non-refundable except in cases of confirmed technical errors from the system's side.

User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.

Flight Data: You commit to providing accurate information. The author is not responsible for the authenticity of data entered by users.

Ownership: All source code, design, and the AviaLoop brand are owned by the author (individual developer).
