Technical Issue Details
•The Bombardier DHC-8-402 Dash 8 (RA-67254) was performing flight HZ4004 from Khabarovsk (KHV) to Nogliki (NGK) with 60 occupants on board.
•Approximately one hour after departure, while en route, a loud bang was heard and smoke was observed emanating from under the wing.
