Breeze Airways launches nonstop service between Columbus and Greenville-Spartanburg

Today, Breeze Airways officially launched new nonstop roundtrip service between Columbus, Ohio, and Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina, adding another point-to-point link to its expanding domestic network. The new route immediately shortens travel time between two mid-sized markets in the eastern United States, offering a more convenient option for both business and visiting-friends-and-relatives demand.

Strategically, the route strengthens Breeze Airways’ presence in cities where travel demand is growing but nonstop service remains limited, while supporting the carrier’s continued focus on underserved markets. With no direct competitor on the route, Breeze Airways is effectively creating a new market rather than simply splitting existing demand.

The service operates two roundtrips per week with the Airbus A220-300, aligning with the airline’s strategy of optimizing costs while enhancing the passenger experience on medium-length domestic sectors.
