Aer Lingus officially launches seasonal Dublin–Oslo route today

Aer Lingus today officially launched its seasonal service between Dublin and Oslo, adding a notable Nordic link to the carrier’s European network for the peak summer period. The new route immediately expands nonstop travel options between Ireland and Norway, while also supporting both leisure and business demand.

Strategically, the launch of the Dublin–Oslo route strengthens Aer Lingus’ presence in Northern Europe, broadens network coverage from its Dublin hub, and enhances connecting opportunities for passengers transferring onto the airline’s transatlantic network. In this market, Aer Lingus enters direct competition with Scandinavian Airlines and Norwegian.

The airline is operating 3 round trips per week on the route using Airbus A320 and Airbus A321neo aircraft.
