While performing flight PD-204 from Ottawa to Toronto, the aircraft had a near-collision with an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) on final approach to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. The flight crew executed a sharp avoidance maneuver, which resulted in injuries to two flight attendants who were subsequently hospitalized.

During taxiing for maintenance at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, the aircraft crossed the hold short line on taxiway F without authorization from air traffic control. This operational error forced an approaching SkyCare air ambulance flight (SA227-AC) on short final to execute a go-around.
