Norwegian (DY) launches Oslo (OSL) - Zurich (ZRH) route

Norwegian has officially inaugurated nonstop service between Oslo and Zurich, adding a strategically significant link to its European network. The new route not only shortens travel time between Norway and Switzerland, but also establishes a direct air bridge between two dynamic centers of finance, tourism, and innovation.

The addition carries clear strategic weight as intra-European travel demand continues to grow. Oslo serves as the gateway to a Nordic economy shaped by energy, maritime industries, and green technology, while Zurich stands out as a global financial hub as well as a premium business and leisure destination. In the initial phase of operations, the airline is deploying two weekly roundtrips, with flights scheduled in midweek and over the weekend. The route is operated by Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, well suited to short- and medium-haul European demand while supporting efficient operations.
