Technical Issue Details
A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-7BD (N7750A) scheduled for flight WN1862 from Chicago Midway (MDW) to St. Louis (STL) pushed back and taxied out.
The aircraft was held on the taxiway waiting for a ground stop at the destination airport (STL) to be lifted.
