Technical Issue Details
ATR 72-600 (JA08JC) was operating flight JC3741 from Kagoshima (KOJ) to Yakushima (KUM) with 71 people on board.
During climb out from runway 34, the flight crew halted the climb at 10000 feet.
The crew reported being unable to retract the landing gear because the gear lever in the cockpit was stuck.
